The challenge.
Remote technical interviews were stitched together from a shared doc, a video call and a separate compiler, with no reliable way to run code, check answers against tests, or trust the work was the candidate's own.
What we built.
We built a single interview room: a multi-language editor that compiles and runs against defined test cases in a sandbox, synchronized video recording, live chat and notes, plus a proctoring layer that tracks focus, tab switches and copy-paste as a timeline the interviewer can review.
The result.
Interviewers now run the whole session, question bank, coding, test cases, video and integrity signals, from one screen, with a full record of how the candidate actually solved the problem.
